Summer Party Platters
Join Chef Jennifer Reyes in this hands-on class and learn the professional techniques behind beautiful appetizers, and how to stage them on platters to WOW! Versatile and as delicious as they are gorgeous, these appetizers will be on the menu throughout spring, summer and into fall. Utilizing the freshest produce from our farmers markets (or your own garden), along with PNW favs, you will create and enjoy these tasty bites, with a glass of wine, of course! Afterward, Chef Jenn will show you how to set up your party, as pleasing to the eye as they are to the palate.
You will make a Crostini Platter with:
Tomato Butter, Ricotta/Honey/Fried Rosemary, Radishes and Butter; and
Spiced Salmon Skewers with Green Yogurt Dipping Sauce;
Compressed Watermelon with Whipped Feta;
Mini Cheesecakes with Balsamic Strawberry Jam
