Summer Fresh Thai

In this hands on class, you will become familiar with Thai ingredients, learn about balancing sweet, sour and salty flavors, and how to work with rice paper wrappers–building your skill in making summer rolls. Chef Barbara Sowatsky will cover knife skills that you will use in all your cooking, where to shop for the best ingredients, suitable substitutions and ways of using Thai flavors in everyday cooking.
