Street food is essential to gastronomy all around the world and Vietnam is a real foodie destination! With it’s vibrancy and bustle, street-food of Vietnam gives you a real insight to the culture and country. Influenced by China and France, this class brings Street Food of Vietnam to you with our Chef Thanh Tang. First we will learn about Spring Rolls, rolling up delicious flavor packets that are both refreshing and bold. Next, traditional abound with Claypot cooking, slowly braised flavorful meals, served straight from the pot. Vietnamese Street food, small contained flavor packets celebrating French and China influences…all served with wine, of course!
