Spanish Dinner for Two

Sign-up with a friend and join us for a feast that celebrates the Mediterranean side of Spain. We will start with a winter appetizer that celebrates Delicatta squash, Spanish-style. Then we will add-in some Spanish specialties with Arroz Caldoso and a herb crusted Quail with tangy Pomegranate glaze, straight from the island of Majorca. Learn from our Spanish Pro, who did her culinary study in Barcelona—Chef Yary Oslund. In this class we will make:

Roasted Delicatta Squash with grilled Eggplant, Tomatoes, Mozzarella and Basil

Arroz Caldos – A Spanish soupy rice with classic Sofrito Sauce and Clams, garnished with fried Serrano ham or Pancetta, and Peas

Roasted Garlic, Lemon & Herb-crusted Quails with Pomegranate Glaze

Rustic Pear & Almond Tarts – A simpler take on a French classic
