Quick and Healthy Three Course Dinner

Quick and Healthy dinners are always a welcome change as we launch into a new year. Get the flavor layering restaurant-style tips and techniques for this 3-course dinner from Chef Aaron Tekulve in this hands-on class. No longer does Quick and Healthy mean boring and simple. The flavors that you’ll achieve with this menu will keep you healthy and satisfied. You will make:

Charred Cauliflower Salad with Marinated Kale, Lime, Cilantro, Pumpkin Seeds and Cojita;
Pan Roasted Halibut, Farro with Roasted Winter Vegetables and Salsa Verde; and
Coconut Curd, Citrus Salad, Mint, Toasted Almonds and Coconut.

Afterwards,  you will be served your dinner with a delicious glass of wine!

Chef Tekulve, a recent contestant on Chopped, is the owner of his private dining business Surrell Dinners, operating since 2012. His kitchen experience includes sous chef at Lark, apprentice of chef de cuisine Lauren Thompson at Cafe Juanita, and chef de Partie at Canlis.
