The PNW Italian Kitchen – Three Course Dinner
The cuisine of Italy is all about “eating off the land,” or using the finest local, in-season produce. With its lush and pristine waters, the Seattle area is the perfect climate for Italian cooking. In this hands-on class, Chef Cody Castiglia will re-create some Italian classics with you, using Pacific Northwest ingredients. We will cover techniques and tips, such as making fresh gnocchi and sauce making.
Then you’ll settle in and let Chef Cody guide you through the steps as you create a beautiful meal of:
Heirloom Tomato Caprese Salad;
Sumac and Thyme Seared Scallops with Potato Gnocchi and Limoncello Sauce; and
Chocolate and Hazelnut Semifreddo
All to be enjoyed with delicious wine!
