Oodles of Noodles

This mind blowing class is packed so full of flavors that you might have a hard time wrapping your noodle around it!  In this class students with Chef Thanh Tang will make their own hand pulled noodles then cook and eat their way through 3 traditional Chinese noodle dishes and a stir fry.  Recipes include:

  • Shanghai Style Hand pulled Zha Jiang Mien (In Spicy Bean Sauce)
  • Hong Kong Style Stir Fried Silver Pin Noodles (Rice Noodles with Shitake and Wood Ear Mushrooms, Carrots, and Shrimp)
  • Sichuan Style Ants Climbing a Tree (Spicy Cellophane Noodles with Pork and Scallions)
  • Stir Fried Cauliflower with Garlic Miso
