Now you’ll experience richer taste, greater texture, and more nutrition than you ever have before.  In this hands-on class you’ll make ONE dough that we will turn into four bread applications:

PandeBono, (Colombian Gluten Free Cheese Bread), served with Warmed Fruit Compote

Stromboli, (Meat and Cheese-Filled Type of Turnover), filled with Mushroom, Spinach and Prosciutto
