Lunch at the Bistro

Want to take your culinary skills to the next level?  Oui?  Classic French cuisine is where to start. Oui. Chef Barbara Sowatsky brings her experience cooking with Jacques Pepin to these hands-on classes to make classic French favorites accessible to everyone. Many of the dishes are great for brunch, lunch,  late night but all are tres jolie. Come and release your inner Julia Child – bon appetite!

Frisee aux Lardons with Warm Bacon Vinaigrette

Croque Monsieur with Gruyere Béchamel – the classic French version of a ham and cheese sandwich, smothered in a rich béchamel cheese sauce and broiled to toasty perfection

Lemon Soufflé with Raspberry Compote
