Kids in the Kitchen – Daisies and Rosettes
Do you own set of piping tips but are afraid to use them? Not sure how? Fear no more! Join us in this hands-on, fun filled, flavorful class. You’ll start off baking a fluffy golden butter cupcakes, then graduate into making a swiss buttercream. Pastry Chef Thanh Tang ( TT) with share techniques for piping daisies and rosettes using round, star, petal, and leaf piping tips. You’ll apply your newly mastered piping skills to decorate to share with family and friends.
Every student will make and take home a half a dozen cupcakes – Golden butter cake with raspberry filling and swiss buttercream frosting.
