Kids in the Kitchen – The French Macaron

Class is designed for boys and girls ages 8 to 12.

Put your hand up if you’d love to learn how to use a piping bag! French Macarons are elegant, piped almond meringue cookies, sandwiched together with a velvety buttercream. In this hand-on class, Pastry Chef Thanh Tang will take you step-by-step through making meringue and the perfect macaron batter, piping the perfect rounds (that are all the same size), and the technique for a dreamy buttercream. What you don’t eat in class you can take home for family and friends.
