Join Chef Barbara Sowatsky with her simple, seasonally-driven recipes in this hands-on class where restaurant secrets will be revealed so that pulling off sophisticated sauces and finishing techniques can easily be duplicated at home. You will expand your views, learn professional cooking techniques, make really delicious food, enjoy some wine and be inspired by recipes for family dinners at home!  You will make:

Starter: Warm Spinach Salad with Lardons,

Main: Spring Chickens with Green Herb Marinade, served with  Lemon and Asparagus Risotto,

Dessert: Grilled Pound Cake with Brandied Cherries and Fresh Cream
