Fried Artichoke Hearts with Lemon Aioli

Brasciole; Flank Steak thinly sliced, rolled with Ricotta Salata, Garlic and Herbs–seared and then simmered in fresh made Tomato Sauce, served over Pan-fried Polenta and Charred Peppers.
