In this two-hour session you will learn why some drinks need to be stirred, while others need to be shaken, you’ll learn the difference between amari and bitters and how to use them to spice up the most basic cocktail. From classic to the esoteric, you’ll leave with a new set of techniques and knowledge to enhance your cocktail prowess.
