Gluten Free Breads
By popular request, we are offering a Gluten-Free Baking class! Lives are going to change, because our Chef Yary, who is also a Functional Nutrition Therapist (FNTP) and eats gluten-free is eager to share with you these amazing gluten free recipes where you’ll experience richer taste, greater texture, and more nutrition than you ever have before. In this hands-on class you’ll make ONE dough that could be used for four different applications.
GF Bread Dough, which we’ll turn into:
Boule Bread and Crostini served with Olive Dip. Other applications ideas provided.
PandeBono, (Colombian Gluten Free Cheese Bread), served with Sugar Free Maple Butter Sauce and Fresh Fruit.
Cassava Flour Tortillas (Grain Free, Gluten Free, Paleo,) served with Chicken carnitas, Chipotle Sour Cream and Avocado
Guests will take home a whole loaf of Boule
