Family Meal Planning – Getting It Right!

Let’s talk about meal planning! Setting realistic food goals for the week, is the fastest and freshest approach for healthy living; a skill that makes meal time more enjoyable. Let the pro, Chef Bonnie McPike teach you how simply you can plan your meals, while streamlining grocery lists and shopping.  But we aren’t talking boring either! Chef Bonnie will share the importance of sauces and dressings to elevate your meal to a new level. Finally, the beauty of meal planning and preparation is having healthy lunch and dinners on the agenda, so she will show you how to pack them up for optimal freshness. In this class we will make:
Broiled Salmon with Hot Honey Glaze and Arugula, Almond Pesto;  
Farro Salad with Seasonal Greens, Parsley and Ginger Shallot Vinagrette; and
Fresh Heirloom Tomato, Stone Fruit and Burrata Cheese Salad with Tarragon 
Of course, we will make sure you take home a nicely planned and prepared lunch for tomorrow too!
