Barbara loves tradition but in this busy world we live in, Barbara will show you how to make your dough fast and simply with the kitchenaid mixer, then you will kneed, roll and cut your pasta .
In this hands-on class you will make
Pasta Dough which you will roll and cut into Fettuccine,
Pan Seared Chicken Breast (butterflied and pounded flat) make a Piccata Pan Sauce (butter, lemon and capers garnished with parsley)
To complete your meal we will make for you
Arugula, Burrata Salad with Aged Balsamic, Grilled Croutons, Prosciutto and Pomegranate Seeds
