Dinner at the Bistro

Want to take your culinary skills to the next level?  Oui?  Classic French cuisine is where to start. Oui. Chef Barbara Sowatsky brings her experience cooking with Jacques Pepin to these hands-on classes to make classic French favorites accessible to everyone. Our French Bistro classes showcase the basic principles of french cooking–regional recipes, local ingredients and comforting flavors served in a casually elegant style that is so French. Many of the dishes are great for brunch, lunch, dinner or late night but all are tres jolie. Come and release your inner Julia Child – bon appetite!

In this simple and elegant Dinner at the Bistro class you will make:

Herbed Goat Cheese Soufflé with lightly dressed baby greens

Pan-roasted Halibut with French Green Lentils, Grilled seasonal Vegetables and Curried Yogurt

Honey and Lavender Crème Brulee
