Whisk welcomes expert Mixologist, Josh Radigan of The Smith Tower Observatory Bar. Josh is excited to share his 20 year craft for creating the perfect cocktail at home. In this 2 hour session you’ll spirit taste, learn the underlying flavors, learn why some drinks need to be stirred–while others shaken, as well as, the basic bar-tending techniques of measuring, pouring, shaking, muddling and the art of garnishing.
The cocktails you’ll be learning about are The Old Fashioned, the French 75, and the Mojito. We’ll discuss the history, the base spirit, then we’ll make it and try it!
From classic to esoteric, you’ll leave with a new set of technique and knowledge to enhance your cocktail hour.
