Chocolate Lovers Delight – 3 Course Wine Paired Dinner

Indulge yourself in a chocolatey-infused evening in this hands-on cooking class guided by Chef Bonnie McPike.  Learn how to create three different delicious courses, each featuring chocolate in the very best way! We will create handmade pasta dough and turn that into cocoa striped ravioli. Appreciate a winter salad dressed with a carefully crafted cacao nib vinaigrette and cap off the meal with a decadent chocolate mousse. Afterwards we will sit and enjoy our Chocolate Lovers Delight dinner as Chef Bonnie puts on her sommelier hat and treats us to wine pairings. In this hands-on class, we will make:
