Have you ever wanted to bake a cheesecake but don’t know where to begin? Join us in this hands-on workshop where you will learn everything there is to know in order to bake the perfect cheesecake. Pastry Chef Thanh Tang will go over troubleshooting and share his techniques to achieving the perfect balance of texture and flavor. Students will create two styles of cheesecakes, crusts and a fruit topping, all to be enjoyed at home…but not before snapping a picture of your delicious creations to show off on social media.
