àMaurice Cellars is owned and run by the Schafer Family, situated on 20 perfectly sloped acres in the Blue Mountain foothills of Walla Walla, Washington. àMaurice creates balanced wines that are critically acclaimed for sharing at the table.

It is said that spectacular wine is grown in the vineyard! The exquisite wine at àMaurice starts with respecting the land — healthy vines mean healthy wines. àMaurice is committed to sustainable viticulture in the pursuit to produce the highest quality grapes, and to craft superior red and white wines. Their mission is simple — just the best.

àMaurice is dedicated to Maurice Schafer — Tom’s father who was known as a gentleman, guiding light and civic leader. He was a generous man who people counted on for counsel or assistance. àMaurice means “to Maurice” in French.

àMaurice Cellars has  teamed up with Whisk and Surrell Dinners, Chef Aaron Tekulve for an exclusive, six-course, paired wine dinner that celebrates the seasonal Pacific Northwest bounty. Watch Chef Aaron Tekulve masterfully create each exciting course and savor each alongside àMaurice Cellars fabulous wine selections with Nick Scafer…all in great company in Whisk’s modern, well-appointed kitchen!
